Job summary

Care Dorset is recruiting a Clinical Practice Educator to support all services with clinical and nursing-related learning needs. You will work with the CarePath Academy Team to create engaging training materials and ensure staff are competent to provide high-quality care in line with NMC standards.

Based in Dorchester, the role emphasizes developing positive learning cultures, mentoring registered and non-registered colleagues, and delivering both clinical and non-clinical courses as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering clinical training to care staff.
• Knowledge of CQC, NICE, RCN, HEE frameworks.
• Ability to develop engaging, inclusive training materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house clinical training programmes with SMEs.
• Create and facilitate sessions on clinical and non-clinical topics.
• Maintain safe, effective learning environments and evaluate training impact.
