University of Chester's Chester Medical School is seeking a Placement Officer to deliver high-quality clinical placements for our medical students. This role plays a key part in the training and development of future doctors within a growing medical school.

You will manage placements across NHS partners and providers, maintain data and compliance, and support students and colleagues with guidance on placement processes and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support allocation and management of clinical placements across diverse healthcare settings.
• Build and maintain relationships with NHS partners and placement providers.
• Manage placement data, compliance records and reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance to students and colleagues on placement processes and systems.
• Identify and solve issues, analysing information to implement effective solutions.
• Organise stakeholder events and ensure actions are delivered.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and the student experience.
