Job Description:

Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.

This is a permanent opportunity, and we are not looking to engage on a locum basis.

Opportunities are available in SystmOne and Emis practice systems.

The role involves being an active part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidate:
  • Independent Prescriber Status
  • At least three years of post-graduate experience
  • Excellent clinical knowledge
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Confidence working in busy GP practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Minimum of 15 hours per week

The successful candidate will join The Medacy Practice, a support network that fosters professional development.

  • Complete medication reviews
  • Support care homes
  • Serve as a key contact for medication-related queries within the practice
