Compass Associates are partnering with a leading private healthcare provider to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist for a specialist hospital in Southampton. You will oversee both dispensary and ward-based care, providing clinical input to a multidisciplinary team and ensuring smooth operation of the pharmacy service.

Qualificações

• GPHC registration is required.
• Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc or BPharm) required.
• Passion for high-quality care and patient safety.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High sense of personal responsibility and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare provider in their search for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a close-knit team within their hospital based in Southampton. The 70-bed hospital offers internationally renowned care to patients across the south of England, treating a range of conditions across Cardiac, Oncology and critical care as well dealing with a range of different surgeries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both dispensary and ward-based care across the hospital, providing support to a multidisciplinary team across stages of patient care. They will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

This role has a range of development opportunities available, with support and training provided for both clinical understanding and localised processes.
