In this role you’ll deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools, lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance, and monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards

Qualifikationen

• Must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC/PSNI/PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent by coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
