Boots UK is hiring a pharmacist who will use clinical expertise daily in a supportive team, delivering NHS, locally commissioned and private services with in-store and digital tools.

You'll lead safety and pharmacy compliance, mentor colleagues, and contribute to community healthcare, with opportunities to grow into senior clinical roles. Boots offers extensive benefits and CPD support to help you progress.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities we serve; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
