Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist who will apply clinical expertise daily to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services. You will work with a brilliant team, using in‑store and digital tools to ensure patient care remains at the heart of every decision.

You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance, monitor standards, and support the development of the wider healthcare team. A commitment to mentoring colleagues is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship skills required.
• Experience leading patient and customer care in a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in‑store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop capability of wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting local communities; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots in the local community and with healthcare professionals.
