Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated Band 6 clinical pharmacists to join our trust bank team at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

Role Responsibilities

1. Work on wards alongside various clinical teams to assist in delivering a comprehensive pharmacy service.
2. Provide operational support to the department.
3. Contribute to ward-based clinical pharmacy services, working towards specific clinical objectives based on the service focus and patient cohort.
4. Potentially contribute to the out-of-hours service, including evenings and weekends.
