Guildhall & Barrow Surgery is seeking a qualified clinical pharmacist to join its busy practice, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily full-time, with potential for reduced hours for the right candidate. You will assess and treat patients, independently prescribe within competence, and contribute to medicines optimisation and clinics.
The post involves home visits, domiciliary reviews, and collaboration with GPs and nurses in a patient-centered setting.
About the Role
The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery is looking to welcome a qualified and experienced clinical pharmacist into our busy practice, to play a full and active role within our multi-disciplinary team. The role is offered on a full-time basis although part time hours may be considered for the right candidate.

The Guildhall & Barrow Surgery is a friendly two site GP practice with a patient list size of approx 13,800. The practice is made up of 6 x GP Partners, 8 x salaried GP's, 1 x Senior Clinical Pharmacist, 2 x Advanced Nurse practitioners, 1 x Nurse prescriber (supported by a team of RGN's and HCA's). We also have a visiting paramedic, pharmacy technician and first contact physio service provided by BSE PCN. We are an accredited GP training practice and our clinical system is SystmOne.
