Edmonton PCN are looking for a proactive pharmacist to join the team at the HUB in Edmonton, London. The appropriate candidate will have the ambition and commitment to provide high quality care to patients, and a passion for clinical development. Working in our HUB alongside a team of Pharmacists, they will be required to act within professional boundaries and provide support in medicines optimisation and to conduct clinical medication reviews. We are ideally looking for a pharmacist who has completed or near completion of the CPPE pathway. Our preference is a prescriber but can support someone who is starting their prescriber course. We are looking for x 1 full time Pharmacist.
Edmonton PCN prides itself on creating an environment which is conducive to learning, and helping individuals develop and thrive in a MDT environment. We are a growing PCN with an established team of pharmacists who cover. In-house training is provided which utilises an MDT approach, and self-directed learning and development is encouraged. We have identified the potential to be actively involved in the care of patients which goes beyond the traditional surgery front door, with a real drive for the future.
