The Vale Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated clinical pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive GP team, across our two sites: Wootton Vale Surgery and Shortstown Surgery. The role is offered on a full-time basis, with flexible working considered.
You will play a key role in medicines optimisation, long‑term condition management, and improving prescribing quality, while working closely with GPs, nurses, trainees, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
