GDOC LTD in Gloucestershire seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join Dean Medical Practice - Coleford on a full-time basis. You will work across Coleford Health Centre, Brunston Surgery, or Lydbrook Health Centre and collaborate with a wide network of community teams.
The role supports organisational aims to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency. The position emphasizes medicines optimisation, medicines management leadership, and doing so within a multi-disciplinary primary care setting.
GDOC has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time, enthusiastic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work for Dean Medical Practice - Coleford.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the general practice team, working either at Coleford Health Centre, Brunston Surgery, or Lydbrook Health Centre, as well as being active within a network of wider community groups and their multi-disciplinary teams. They will work with existing groups and work collaboratively with health care professionals internally and externally.
The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care for patients and operational efficiencies within Practices and therefore requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice.
Annual Salary: £54,600 WTE
