Job summary

G DOC Ltd seeks a highly qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join Dean Medical Practice in Coleford and surrounding sites. You will work within a GP practice network, delivering medicines management, reviews, and optimisation while collaborating with GPs and other professionals.

The role is full-time and permanent, based in multiple Gloucestershire clinics, with scope to improve patient care and operational efficiency in primary care.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy, MPharm or equivalent required.
• Current registration with General Pharmaceutical Council mandatory.
• Completed or prepared to undertake Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP).
• Independent prescriber or working towards it is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medicines expertise to improve patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
• Main contact within practices for medicines management queries.
• Lead medicine optimisation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure robust prescribing systems.
• Design and run clinical reports & audits to support best practice.
