King’s College Hospital is expanding its medicines management service, creating an exciting opportunity to join the medicines management pharmacy team at our Denmark Hill site. The team provides high-quality ward-based pharmacy services at one of London's largest teaching hospitals.
The successful candidate will be involved in medicines reconciliation, stock management, operational satellite duties, patient counselling, and supporting pharmacists to deliver efficient clinical pharmacy services. They will also undertake general dispensary duties, including dispensing and accuracy checking.
To succeed, you should be organized, motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and adapt quickly. Registration as a pharmacy technician with the GPhC is essential, along with ACPT accreditation or willingness to pursue it.
