Job summary
Seaton Hospice at Home is a specialist palliative care team caring for patients in their own homes.
Nurses work three shifts: 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00, with on-call overnight support. The team provides 24-hour physical and emotional support, enabling patients to remain in their preferred place of care and maintain the best quality of life.
