Qualifications

8+ years of clinical experience, with ≥3 years in case management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance client care.
Monitor client outcomes and implement strategies for improvement.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
