Barchester Healthcare invites applications for a Care Home Deputy Manager based in Birkenhead. You will support the delivery of high-quality care, work closely with the General Manager, and step in during their absence to maintain service excellence.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents enjoy the best possible quality of life, and drive standards through audits, clinical supervision and regulatory compliance. A proactive, compassionate leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience helping residents with different health needs.
• Track record of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• Some HR experience, knowledge of sales and marketing, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of quality care and act as deputy in the General Manager's absence.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to help residents achieve quality of life.
• Monitor standards via audits, supervised clinical practice and regulatory checks.
• Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals.
