Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution in York is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team, ensure high standards of care and maintain regulatory compliance. The role includes hands-on leadership, clinical guidance and decision-making to support residents and staff.

You will oversee care delivery, clinical supervision, audits and medication management, while contributing to staff development and continuous service improvement in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• A relevant nursing qualification with active NMC registration.
• Experience leading a small nursing team to deliver person-centred care.
• Knowledge of social care legislation, clinical governance and CQC/CIW compliance.
