Job summary

Henderson House Care Home in Dalgety Bay, Fife, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our clinical team on a full-time contract. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in health.
• Lead shifts, support and guide the care team, and respond promptly to changing needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain high standards of dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.
