Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) in Aberdeen’s West End to join our award-winning care home and nursing facility. You will deliver residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for up to 86 residents, leading shifts and ensuring safe, person-centred practice.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£21.63) for 46 hours per week, with PVG and NMC fees paid, a pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Confident in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, clinically led care.
• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication.
• Lead shifts and guide the care team to ensure continuity of care.
