Orchid Healthcare Ltd in Reigate (Surrey) is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to head our care management team providing complex, dementia, nursing, mental health and palliative care at home. Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years experience in complex care.
• Must hold NMC PIN with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience mentoring and training carers.
• Demonstrates passion for elderly care.

Responsibilities

• Promote clinical and administrative arrangements for the branch.
• Train carers to ensure highest levels of care in clients' homes.
• Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of clients.
• Liaise with GPs and multi-disciplinary team members and other stakeholders.
• Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards are met and client welfare is secured.
• Organise and attend regular staff meetings.
• Ensure smooth, efficient running of care at all times.
