Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust's Camden Bladder and Bowel Service seeks a Band 3 Clinical Nurse Administrator. You will provide day-to-day admin support across multiple sites in London, including liaising with the public and staff, handling telephone calls and data input using System One.

• Telephone handling and customer liaison across the public and staff.
• General office administration and supporting clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Camden Bladder and Bowel Service.
• Assist with processing new and reassessment forms online for continence products.
• Liaise with providers and colleagues by telephone or email.
• Support clinics and home visits across sites and maintain stock and ordering.
• Maintain mandatory training and contribute to service improvements.
