Job summary

Fletchers Group is seeking a Solicitor or Equivalent (Clinical Negligence Grade C) in Manchester on a hybrid basis. The role supports Lawyers and Senior Lawyers in a busy clinical negligence team, handling a diverse caseload from inception through to trial under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical negligence cases or healthcare litigation.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and progress matters to trial.

Responsibilities

• Run an individual caseload and support the team to deliver client outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop skills.
• Contribute to proactive case management and KPI achievement.
