Requirements / Who can apply

The firm welcomes applications from qualified solicitors, trainee solicitors, legal executives, or paralegals with experience managing their own caseload. It is open to candidates with experience in either Claimant or Defendant clinical negligence cases.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with a Director on complex and high-value clinical negligence claims while managing your own caseload of approximately 40 lower complexity and value cases across various types of clinical negligence.
  • Take responsibility for all stages of a clinical negligence claim, from initial case planning and investigation to obtaining evidence, following the pre-action protocol, issuing and serving proceedings and handling litigation up to trial.
  • Receive close supervision, support and training from experienced colleagues throughout the process.
