Job summary

• Clinical negligence or relevant litigation experience
• Experience as a solicitor or qualified legal executive
• Ability to review medical records and coordinate medical evidence
• Experience handling claimant matters through settlements or litigation

Responsibilities

• Manage claimant Clinical Negligence matters from initial assessment through to settlement or litigation
• Investigate liability, causation and quantum
• Review medical records and coordinate independent medical expert evidence
• Draft witness statements, legal documentation and client correspondence
• Negotiate settlements and support litigation proceedings
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout sensitive and often complex cases
