eNL's Bristol office is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle high-value birth injury claims and complex clinical negligence matters, taking ownership and developing client relationships.

With 4+ years PQE, you will mentor junior lawyers, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of the specialist team, in a role offering hybrid working and competitive remuneration.

Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Bristol, £65,000+ (DOE) - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor to join our specialist team in Bristol. JOB REF:5691.

THE ROLE

• This impressive clinical negligence team handles a broad range of cases, from birth injury claims to dental negligence.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on high-value birth injury litigation, work on complex and rewarding cases, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of clients.
• You will take ownership of complex matters, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
• Managing high-value and complex birth injury litigation, providing clear, practical and empathetic advice throughout the claims process.
• Building trusted client relationships by managing expectations around legal options, potential outcomes, risks and timescales.
• Managing a varied caseload effectively, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard.
• Building and strengthening relationships with clients, referrers, intermediaries and colleagues, both internally and externally.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applications are sought from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
• Proven experience handling high-value and complex birth injury litigation.
• A strong track record of managing complex clinical negligence matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop client relationships and manage sensitive situations with empathy.
• The confidence to take ownership of matters, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience supporting, coaching or mentoring junior lawyers.
• A commercial mindset, with an understanding of financial performance, risk management and business development.
