Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle a varied caseload from inception to resolution. You will work with senior solicitors and partners, while managing your own files and building client relationships.

The role requires qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with 0-8+ years PQE in clinical negligence, strong technical and analytical skills, and excellent client care and communication abilities.

A leading Legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Reading. The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution, including matters involving:

• Delayed diagnosis
• Surgical errors
• Birth and catastrophic injury claims
• GP and hospital negligence
• Fatal claims

The successful candidate will work closely with senior solicitors and partners while also having the autonomy to manage their own files and build strong client relationships.
