RWK Goodman LLP is seeking a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence & Inquests team to support administrative, case management and client-facing tasks. The role emphasises attention to detail, prioritisation, and high standards of client care within a busy medical negligence environment.

Key duties include document drafting, client liaison, conference attendance, time recording, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications

• Legal support or administrative experience essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT platforms.
• Desirable: LLB or CILEx qualifications.
• Desirable: experience in inquests or clinical negligence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake administrative tasks on multiple cases under supervision.
• Draft witness statements, correspondence and court forms.
• Correspond with clients and third parties by phone, email and post.
• Attend conferences or court hearings when required.
• Maintain case management, confidentiality, data protection and file retention.
• Time record all chargeable work and support fee earners.
