Qualifications

• Experience in clinical negligence is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously on high-quality matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own clinical negligence caseload
• Assist on and take responsibility for high-value, multi-million-pound cases
• Advise on and assist with regulatory matters
• Represent clients at inquests, regulatory hearings, and judicial reviews
• Work closely with senior colleagues on complex and strategic issues
