Job summary

Cape Clarke in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to manage a litigated claimant Clinical Negligence caseload and contribute to high-value, life-changing injury claims.

Join a nationally recognised practice, work with leading medical experts and KC's, and handle matters from investigation through to settlement or trial, with hybrid working and strong mentoring on offer.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE within Clinical Negligence.
• Experience managing their own litigated caseload.
• Strong technical litigation skills.
• Experience assisting on high-value or complex matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with vulnerable clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of litigated claimant Clinical Negligence matters.
• Play a key role on complex, multi-million-pound claims.
• Work with leading medical experts, King's Counsel and experienced colleagues through the litigation process.
• Handle investigations through to settlement or trial where required.
