Active Care Group Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Manager to join their Care in the Home division, supporting complex patient needs across the South Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor support workers while ensuring high-quality care. Ideal candidates will possess NMC registration and strong clinical skills, with a focus on enhancing patients' independence in their homes.

Due to the continued growth of the business we are looking for an additional Clinical Manager to join Care in The Home division, where we are proud to employ Nurses as our Clinical Managers.
This role will predominately support with the mobilisation of new packages across the whole of the South Division the borders of which are Norwich, Peterborough, Tewkesbury across to the Welsh Border and then down to the bottom of the England includes Devon and Cornwall and as such the successful candidate can be based anywhere within the area as long as they are willing to travel.
This is an amazing time to join our team as we have ambitious growth plans for our Care in the Home division where we pride ourselves on providing the best support for children, young people and adults with a wide range of conditions, including: brain injury, spinal cord injury, neurological conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, respiratory conditions and gastro-intestinal conditions, including percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding.
We are looking for someone with experienced clinical skills, great leadership skills who enjoys teaching and mentoring while working in a close knit team with other professionals, to ensure people with complex needs such as spinal cord injury or ABI can live safely and feel secure and cared for in their own home.
