community complex care? We’re hiring for an exciting new role as an
Adult Clinical Lead with a leading complex care provider, delivering high-quality, person-centred packages to clients across the Kent area.
This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse looking to move away from the hospital setting into a more autonomous, community-based position—while still using your advanced clinical skills in a meaningful way. As the
Adult Clinical Lead, you’ll play a hands-on role in managing care delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring the highest clinical standards for adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out in-person assessments, reviews, and support visits to clients in their homes
- Design and review care plans that reflect each individual’s needs and clinical requirements
- Deliver clinical training to care teams, with a focus on tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Act as the key point of contact for families, professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Monitor care quality and support compliance with CCG requirements
- Investigate any clinical concerns and provide clear, timely reporting
About You:- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Background in either ICU/ITU nursing OR community-based complex care
- Confident in managing tracheostomy and ventilated patients (recent experience essential)
- Passionate about supporting and developing frontline staff
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A full UK driving licence is preferred (not mandatory)
What’s on Offer:- Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
- Monday–Friday working hours (9am–5pm) – no weekends or nights
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the field / 2 days from home
- 33 days annual leave
