Job summary

Sciensus is seeking a Clinical Logistics Delivery Driver to support patients, hospitals, and pharmacies with the safe, timely delivery of life‑critical medicines and equipment across the region. You will deliver 20–50 medicines daily, maintain accurate records, and perform vehicle safety checks as part of a dedicated team.

This full‑time role based in Sevenoaks reports to the depot manager and emphasizes patient‑facing service, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture.

• Maintain driver and vehicle records and perform daily vehicle safety checks.

Job description

As a ‘Clinical Logistics Delivery Driver’ here at Sciensus you will be the face of our organisation—supporting patients, hospitals, and pharmacies with the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of life‑critical medicines and equipment

You’ll be responsible for providing a professional, reliable, and compliant delivery service across a regional area. This includes:

• Completing temperature‑controlled multi‑drop deliveries of highly sensitive medical products.
• Collecting items from patients’ homes, including clinical waste and returned equipment.
• Working to time‑critical deadlines and set delivery schedules.
• Ensuring every item is accurately scanned and tracked at every point of handling.
• Maintaining accurate driver and vehicle records.
• Conducting vehicle safety checks daily and reporting defects promptly.
• Following the required Proof of Delivery and Failure Management processes.
• Reporting any roadside checks to the Transport Manager.

Being part of a small, dedicated team you will report into the depot manager at Sevenoaks, and be the bridge between the patients and their treatment, making a positive impact every day!!

This is a full‑time position working 48hrs per week, 5 days out 6, with shifts between the hours of 5am – 8pm. A typical day will see you delivering between 20 – 50 life changing medicines to patients within the Caerphilly and surrounding areas.
