Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics is seeking a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and help deliver medications and healthcare products safely and on time. You will be the face of LF&E, providing a professional service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

You’ll work on pre-planned routes across the UK, with 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays. A full UK driving licence and good route planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
• Some experience driving a van (preferred)
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare delivery is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers for efficient service
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

We're currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our depot and become part of a team that delivers more than parcels, we deliver care.

About The Role

As a Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in ensuring medications and healthcare products are delivered safely, securely, and on time. You'll be the face of LF&E, providing a professional and friendly service while supporting the healthcare sector and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service

• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred
• Previous experience driving a van is preferred.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled vehicles and the importance of maintaining product integrity during transportation
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical delivery environment is desirable
• Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Full UK manual driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence

Working Hours

• 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays as required.
• Start times between 6:30am and 7:45am
• Daily start and finish times may vary depending on route requirements
