Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Clinical Director to lead medicines optimisation and digital services across the network. You will influence prescribing policy, redesign pathways and shape service models while ensuring robust medicines governance and oversight.

You will support the Clinical Director in strategy implementation, engage stakeholders, coaches staff, and drive efficiency and innovation across network services within the Trust priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior clinical leader with experience across organisational boundaries.
• Experience in medicines optimisation, governance and prescribing policy.
• Strong leadership to develop network-wide strategies and service models.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of a network-wide medicines optimisation and prescribing strategy.
• Provide expert clinical leadership for medicines governance across prescribing pathways.
• Drive change in digital aspects to improve network efficiency and delivery of services.
• Oversee senior staff engagement and workforce succession planning.
