Qualifications

GPhC registered Pharmacist.
Member of RCPharm.
Proven track record as a pharmacist independent prescriber.
PRINCE2 or equivalent.
Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

Lead medicines optimisation, governance, and prescribing strategy across the Network.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision within the transgender health and wider network.
Drive digital transformation and service development aligned to policy and priorities.
Ensure compliance with medicines legislation and safety standards.
Lead change management across Medicines Optimisation and digital services.
