Job summary

• Develop and lead a defined drug, alcohol, and gambling harm service for veterans across the Southwest.
• Liaise with local statutory and voluntary providers to establish veteran-specific pathways.
• Develop outcome measures and monitor Drug and Alcohol KPIs.
• Ensure access to accredited statutory services and trauma-focused interventions.
• Maintain shared care for dual diagnosis veterans to address mental health and addictions.
• Attend team meetings and Trust/Op Courage training, some travel within the footprint.
