The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, and a passion for resident-centered care. A supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN.
• Experience as Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse in elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the service, ensuring high standards of nursing care.
• Mentor and develop nursing and care teams to promote a high-performing culture.
• Oversee medication management, care planning, audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding.
