The NHS Lanarkshire Department of Medical Education seeks an enthusiastic, motivated clinician to work in collaboration with the Associate of Medical Education, Training Quality Leads, DDME (Undergraduates), and appropriate partners, in the continued development and further implementation of pastoral support for GPST trainees in secondary care at their respective site.
The post-holder will contribute to the quality of the medical learning and clinical environment for which NHS Lanarkshire is increasingly renowned.
In particular, they will work with colleagues from Medical Education, Senior Management, and Career Grade Medical colleagues to lead the development and delivery of skills-based surgical courses across the Board area.
The post holder would have further opportunity to collaborate with the DME and colleagues to enhance skills-based learning in the educational & clinical learning environment.
The post will be paid at the level of half PA per week. Posts are available for 1 year in the first instance.
