Active Care Group is seeking a Clinical Lead - RGN for Bethany Lodge in Dymchurch, Kent. The role covers 37.5 hours weekly with on-call and out-of-hours visits to lead nursing care and ensure high standards of patient wellbeing.

The successful candidate will hold RN1 registration, drive clinical governance, and oversee medicines management while promoting a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifikationen

• RN1 Registered Adult Nurse (NMC registered)
• Proven leadership in nursing within a clinical setting
• Strong infection prevention and control practice
• Experience with clinical governance and quality improvement
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Effective communication with patients, families and teams

Aufgaben

• Lead nursing team to deliver clinical outputs as per performance contract.
• Ensure safe and clean environment, address standards and remedial actions.
• Champion infection prevention and control initiatives across the service.
• Oversee safe medicines management in line with policy and regulation.
• Respond to complaints and incidents; take appropriate action.
• Provide visible professional and clinical leadership to staff and patients.
• Develop nursing leadership and contribute to service development.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimise patient care.
• Report risk issues to the Registered Manager; manage staff performance.
