Job summary

Active Care Group seeks a Clinical Lead - RGN for Bethany Lodge in Dymchurch, Kent. You will oversee nursing care delivery, uphold clinical governance, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a residential service for young adults with disabilities.

You will ensure safe medication management, drive infection prevention, and contribute to service development through professional leadership and local nursing priorities.

Qualifications

  • RN1: Registered Adult Nurse, Level 1 and on the NMC register.
  • Demonstrates clinical and professional knowledge and strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage workload with good time management and resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of nursing care across the service according to performance contracts.
  • Ensure nursing standards and initiatives are implemented locally (ACG priorities).
  • Maintain safe, clean environments and manage medicines according to policy and regulation.
  • Engage with patients, carers, and staff; respond to complaints and incidents.
  • Provide visible professional and clinical leadership and represent ACG at local/national forums.
