Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust in Thurrock is seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join the Older Adult Inpatient Team. You will work with the MDT and senior leadership to advance care for older adults and implement an Acute Therapeutic model across inpatient areas.

The post is suitable for a new or developing Band 7 with opportunities for expert clinical work, research, training and professional development, supported by supervision and CPD forums.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered in the UK.
• Experience in Older Adult Inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert supervision and guidance to the Occupational Therapy service.
• Lead on specialist assessments for complex cases and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with MDT and partner agencies; contribute to service development and policy.
• Lead projects to meet identified service needs and engage in research/audit.
