Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to head the Adult Autism Services. You will drive clinical leadership and contribute to service development, working within the autism MDT and along side acute inpatient and community teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience leading OT teams and services for adults.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for autism in adults.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and in leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical provision of OT services for adults with autism.
• Manage a complex caseload, including risk assessment and crisis management.
• Ensure evidence-based practice and adherence to professional guidance.
• Represent OT in Directorate meetings and cross-team collaborations.
