Job summary

Ingleborough Nursing Home is seeking a part-time registered nurse to lead its clinical and care team on shift. The role focuses on delivering nursing care to residents, administering medications, and monitoring conditions with emphasis on older people and dementia care.

You will be involved in care planning, risk assessments and supervision of senior carers, while maintaining high standards in line with NMC and home policy. UK work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC PIN.
• Post-qualification experience in social care, community or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and care team on shift and supervise colleagues.
• Deliver nursing care in line with care plans and best practice.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer, store and record medications under policy.
• Develop and review care plans using MUST, Waterlow and other tools.
• Coordinate with GPs and health professionals.
