Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Ward Manager for the Female Acute Shakespeare Ward. You will provide clinical leadership, promote high standards of care, and support continuous staff development within a busy inpatient environment.

The role requires rotation across specialties, ability to cover 24/7 shifts, deputising for the Ward Manager when needed, and active involvement in audits, supervision and care planning to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - Mental Health with postgraduate experience.
• Completed preceptorship after qualifying.
• 100% compliant in Mandatory training and PDR.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and motivate staff on the ward.
• Support Ward Manager and supervise audits and staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
