Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works as a Senior Nurse, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assesses risks, maintains safe staffing and inclusivity.
• Supervises and develops staff through CPD and supervision.
• Provides and evaluates interventions for mental health and learning disability needs.
• Leads shifts, deputises for Ward Manager, supports recruitment.
• Upholds standards and promotes learning and continuous improvement.
