Are you a Registered Nurse with leadership aspirations or experience in management? Bluebird Care Cheshire East, a CQC-rated Outstanding care provider, is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to head up our service, combining your clinical expertise with the responsibilities of a Registered Manager.

Your Role:

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will:

  • Head up our domiciliary care service as the Registered Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, CQC-compliant care.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to lead the development of complex care services, introducing higher acuity support for our customers.
  • Oversee the application process for TDDI registration, expanding the scope of services we provide.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the office and care teams to ensure a positive, collaborative work culture.
  • Drive recruitment efforts to grow the team of carers and nurses, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage care planning, risk assessments, and the implementation of person-centered care.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as Local Authorities and healthcare professionals, to enhance service delivery and develop new opportunities.
  • Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational targets to ensure the service’s continued success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC Registered) with a current PIN.
  • Proven leadership or management experience, or strong aspirations to step into a leadership role.
  • Experience in delivering complex care services is highly desirable.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and customer-focused approach to care management.
