Job summary

Minehead Medical Centre, part of OneMedical Group, is seeking a GMC-registered GP to take on Clinical Lead responsibilities. The role combines patient care with strong clinical leadership, governance, and the development of sustainable primary care services.

We offer a flexible arrangement: full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours/3 days) with competitive remuneration and opportunities for relocation support and visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• GMC-registered GP is required.
• Proven track record in clinical leadership and service improvement.
• Experience in developing sustainable primary care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible clinical leadership and governance to Minehead Medical Centre.
• Support and develop the multidisciplinary team and drive continuous improvement.
• Work in partnership with the Business Manager and OneMedical Group to strengthen the service.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while leading service development initiatives.

Are you an experienced GP looking for an opportunity to combine patient care with clinical leadership and service improvement?

We’re looking for a Clinical Lead GP to join Minehead Medical Centre and work in partnership with our Business Manager and wider OneMedical Group team as we continue to develop and strengthen the service.

This is a great opportunity to have a real influence on the future of the practice. Alongside delivering high-quality patient care, you’ll provide visible clinical leadership, support and develop our multidisciplinary team, strengthen clinical governance and help drive continuous improvement.

Full-time (40 hours) or part-time, minimum 30 hours/3 days

Up to £120,000 FTE, depending on experience

30 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays, pro rata

Relocation support may be available
