Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Lead for a 12‑month internal secondment within the Positive Steps Together mobilisation programme. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure smooth transfer and stabilisation of services, coordinating with the Project Manager, Heads of Service and multi‑agency partners.

Educated to degree level with a Masters and CPD activity, you will drive governance, workforce planning and stakeholder

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Desirable criteria: Project Management training or qualification.
Experience of working as a qualified clinician within community LD services at a specialist level.
Evidence of ongoing CPD activity.

Responsibilities

Project Governance and Due Diligence: work with stakeholders to ensure delivery of clinical and operational workstreams and manage risks.
Workforce: lead on workforce engagement, recruitment and retention planning, and workforce strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement: develop and implement mobilisation communication and engagement plans with local networks, service users and carers.
Clinical: lead review of community service functions and documentation ahead of transfer, including development of the Single Point of Access.
Performance Management: monitor quality, safety, experience and workforce KPIs during transfer and stabilisation; develop remedial action plans.
This is a 12 month internal secondment for a motivated Clinical Lead to work with the Project Manager and Heads of Service.
