Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager to lead a CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service. The role includes day-to-day team leadership, service development, and may involve up to 20% direct clinical work depending on background.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team (psychologists, family therapists, nurses, CAMHS practitioners) and lead on pathways, governance, staff development, and partnership working with commissioners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in CAMHS or equivalent.
• Experience delivering supervision and training to staff.
• Ability to lead on service development and clinical effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management and leadership to the team.
• Lead recruitment and supervision of staff.
• Lead establishment, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical and pathway leads for MDT work.
• Potential direct clinical work up to ~20% with flexible arrangements.
